EHCP Tracker
Never miss an EHCP deadline or yearly review.
Track every date, keep your evidence together, and write to the council when it is late. For families applying for a plan, or who already have one.
£0 today, then £3.99 a month. Cancel before day 4 and pay nothing.

Your child's plan is a living document
An EHC plan is not finished when it is issued. It has to be reviewed every year, the outcomes followed, and the support checked. Most families are left to do that alone. EHCP Tracker does the keeping track for you, whether you have just applied or your child has had a plan for years.
Yearly review, ready in good time
Know the date it is due, what the LA must do before the meeting, and what to prepare. Year 9 and over reviews also cover preparing for adulthood.
Outcomes you can follow
Keep each outcome from the plan with a note of progress, so you walk into the review with evidence, not a feeling.
Upload the plan you already have
Choose the PDF or photos of the pages. The app reads it into sections, outcomes and provision for you to check.
Check support is really delivered
Turn Section F into a list, log each week, and write a complaint from the record if support falls short.

Questions families ask
Is it only for people applying for a plan?
No. If your child already has a plan, you can add it and use the yearly review, outcomes and provision tracking straight away. You do not need to have gone through the 20-week process with the app.
Where is my child's information kept?
On your device. We do not keep your case, evidence or letters. We keep your email address and your subscription status so you can sign in. If you use plan reading, the pages are sent to be read and are not stored.
How does the free trial work?
You get every feature free for 3 days. You add a card to start, but nothing is taken today. Cancel before day 4 and you pay nothing. We email you the day before the first payment.
Can I use it for more than one child?
Yes. One price covers your whole family, with as many children as you like.
Is this legal advice?
No. EHCP Tracker is a case organiser. It tracks the timescales in the law and helps you keep a clear record. For free independent advice, contact IPSEA or your local SENDIASS.

About EHCP Tracker
EHCP Tracker is a case organiser, not legal advice. It tracks statutory timescales and helps you build a clear written record — it doesn't replace advice from a qualified adviser.
Statutory timescales are set by the Children and Families Act 2014 and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014. Letter wording last checked against published guidance: .
For free, independent advice on your case, contact IPSEA (ipsea.org.uk) or your local SENDIASS service.
Your data never leaves this device. EHCP Tracker has no account, no server and no tracking — everything is stored locally and only you can see it.
Erase all data
Deletes every case, all evidence and contacts from this device. It does not delete your sign-in or purchase. This cannot be undone.
